RETURNS

We understand sometimes things don't work out.  If you are looking to make a return, don't stress we have a change-of-mind policy for online purchases and you have statutory rights under New Zealand Consumer Law.

We are committed to providing high quality products. We ensure all online orders are checked, wrapped and packaged carefully.

Should your online purchase arrive damaged in transit, faulty, or is not what you ordered please contact Appreciation Society immediately via email at erica@seamlesssolutions.co.nz

We will endeavour to correct any issues as soon as possible.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase for all full priced items purchased online a full refund, or exchange will be offered for items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the manufacturers packaging with all labels attached.  All items returned are subject to inspection.

For items purchased on sale (except final sale) we offer a store credit.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on final sale items or earrings, unless they are faulty.

Orders that qualify Appreciation Society’s free shipping do so on the understanding that you will keep the goods purchased.

Should you choose to return your full priced order for a refund or store credit, Appreciation Society will retain any original shipment costs incurred. 

Shipping expenses are not refundable. 

We recommend that you use a tracked service as Appreciation Society cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
